So today is my day of product knowledge.
I refuse to get bogged down with the fact that I’ve had a slow week. So what. Some weeks will be slow, especially starting out. I still have to make use of my time.
So I’m learning a lot about the Redken Urban Experiment line. It seems to be great for those edgier cuts and styles. I’m trying out the Grit Wax, although I’ve learned they’re discontinuing it. So I’m hoping I don’t like it very much. I’m also going to try the Velvet Gelatine. Roxanne, my coworker who graduated from the Redken Academy, tells me it’s some of the BEST blow-dry lotion. I definitely look forward to trying that.
I also got some new books from Redken my “boss” pulled out from the top of the shelf in the back room.
Very cool.
So, off to the races.
